Strategy deployment focuses and aligns people and processes to effectively orchestrate the fulfillment of the organization’s strategy, thereby achieving customer first, zero defect performance, and enabling the organization to rapidly respond to market threats and opportunities.

1. The five (5) sequential SDI courses introduce you to the principles and tools of Strategy Deployment, and how to establish a Lean Operating System.
2. Each e-learning module is between 15 to 45 minutes in length, depending on the content, the simulations, and the activities included in each course.
3. Of the five courses, the first, Foundations, is provided exclusively via the online e-learning experience, to give your organization maximum flexibility for broad organizational participant learning and engagement.
4. The other four courses, Strategize, Organize, Activate, and Recalibrate (SOAR), are delivered using both the interactive e-learning platform, as well as in on-site interactive team engagement sessions, to ensure that the key executive and department leaders responsible for Strategy Deployment are able to effectively achieve the desired operational transformation.

1. Foundations
Provides an excellent overview of the Strategy Deployment process. Included are 3 learning modules (Organization course) to 6 learning modules (Executive course), case study simulation exercises, and a Grasp the Situation (GTS) performance gap assessment checklist. Upon completion of the Foundations course participants are encouraged to go back and complete a GTS performance gap assessment at their organization in order to identify what variables could be improved to achieve breakthrough performance.

2. Strategize
Reviews the common performance gaps and processes for the development of an organization’s “hoshin” (or system aim) and the deployment of a cascading scorecard. Included are four learning modules, on-site training and case study simulation exercises, and all the related Strategy Deployment forms and materials to achieve success. Course engages participants over the course of 2 days (16 hours).

3. Organize
Participants identify the most efficient way to arrange the 4 M’s (manpower, methods, materials, and machines) to create an efficient, zero defect, high value delivery operation to best meet the needs of their customers. The four learning modules of this course help lay the groundwork for the organization to stabilize, flow, pull, and improve (seek perfection). Included are four learning modules, on-site training and case study simulation exercises, and all the related Strategy Deployment forms and materials to achieve success. Course engages participants over the course of 2 days (16 hours).

4. Activate
Participants learn to adapt and apply all components of the Strategy Deployment process, in the way that works best for their organization. The outcome is a fully functional Lean Operating System. Included are four learning modules, on-site training and case study simulation exercises, and all the related Strategy Deployment forms and materials to achieve success. Course engages participants over the course of 2 days (16 hours).

5. Recalibrate
Participants learn how to monitor results, implement appropriate counter measures to overcome performance gaps, and how to hold the gains by sustaining a continuous improvement culture within their Lean Operating System, including refinement of standard operating procedures. Included are four learning modules, on-site training and case study simulation exercises, and all the related Strategy Deployment forms and materials to achieve success. Course engages participants over the course of 2 days (16 hours).
